Qualifications & experience

n

2 + years' experience in the Horticulture/Gardening industry (desirable but not essential)

n

Do you want to work towards a Qualification in Horticulture? Can do a Cert III in Parks and Gardens if you would like? That is a possibility - just ask.

n

Experience operating and maintaining large range of commercial landscape maintenance equipment.

n

The ability to encourage team members to work effectively together.

n

Good time management and communication skills

n

Current Chemcert is desirable, or willing to obtain.

n

The ability to adhere to company WH&S; policies ensuring a safe and productive workplace

n

A desire to provide a high quality commercial maintenance service

n





Police check to be carried out prior to commencing

n

Tasks & responsibilities

n

Work within the team on a run starting and finishing in Sutherland area

n

Can arrange to be picked up at a meet up point and then be driven around by company vehicle (so no additional costs to you)

n

Tasks mainly involve Mowing (both ride on and push mowing), Whipper Snipping etc

n

Organisation and programming of tasks completed on site

n

Take pride in producing high quality work

n

Regularly liaising with the Team Leader.

n

Ensuring all works are completed in a protected manner.

n

Role is run based, working with the team to ensure targets are met.

n

Involves working on a variety of landscapes onsite.

n
