Job Description
Production Systems | Visual Intelligence | Real-World Signal Extraction
n
We build production-grade systems that extract reliable signal from messy, real-world visual data — systems trusted because they work consistently under real operating conditions, not because they look impressive in demos.
n
We are looking for a practical, production-minded Computer Vision Engineer who wants to build systems that create measurable operational impact.
n
This role carries real ownership, fast feedback loops, and the opportunity to work on systems deployed directly into live environments.
n
The Opportunity
n
You will work closely with domain experts, researchers, and engineers to build computer vision systems that:
n
n
- extract actionable signal from video and image data
n
- improve decision-making through proprietary data generation
n
- create scalable, trusted operational intelligence
n
- continuously improve through live feedback loops
n
- turn unstructured visual information into measurable outcomes
n
n
You will own systems end-to-end, from problem framing, to ideation, execution and iteration.
n
What Makes This Role Different
n
We care about reliable systems, measurable outputs, and fast learning cycles.
n
You will operate with:
n
n
- direct access to domain experts
n
- high autonomy
n
- tight operational feedback loops
n
- minimal bureaucracy
n
n
This is an environment for builders who care more about useful systems than technical perfection.
n
What We're Looking For
n
You have already built systems that operate reliably in production environments.
n
You are comfortable working with:
n
n
- imperfect or noisy visual data
n
- ambiguous problem definitions
n
- rapidly evolving requirements
n
- quick iteration cycles
n
- operationally critical systems
n
n
You move quickly, and are a practical thinker. You care about the outcomes and are likely stronger at shipping than presenting.
n
Technical Background
n
You will probably have strong experience across several of:
n
n
- computer vision and image/video processing
n
- Python and modern ML tooling
n
- model training, evaluation, and deployment
n
- production ML systems and infrastructure
n
- monitoring, observability, and drift detection
n
- dataset creation and labelling workflows
n
- real-time or streaming data systems
n
- experiment tracking and reproducibility
n
n
Experience working with production-grade data pipelines or operational AI systems is highly valuable.
n
We care more about judgement, execution speed, and production ownership than academic prestige.
n
What Success Looks Like
n
Within the first few months, we would expect:
n
n
- production-ready CV systems deployed into live workflows
n
- measurable improvements in signal quality and reliability
n
- tighter iteration and feedback cycles
n
- robust monitoring and retraining processes established
n
- systems trusted by operators and stakeholders in production
n
n
Success in this role is measured by operational usefulness and system reliability.
n
Compensation
n
Compensation is flexible and designed to attract exceptional individuals.
