About the Role
n
We are looking for a passionate Lifestyle Officer (Casual) to bring energy, creativity, and care to our residents in Berrigan. In this role, you will design and deliver engaging leisure and lifestyle programs that support residents' interests, abilities, and wellbeing, while guiding and supporting staff in activity delivery.
n
This is a casual position, 1/2 days per week Monday to Friday + some sick leave cover.
n
What You'll Do
n
n
- Lead and guide staff in planning and delivering engaging activity programs
n
- Support residents to participate meaningfully in activities that enhance wellbeing
n
- Coordinate activity programs with the Manager, including timetables and resources
n
- Complete participation records, evaluations, and documentation for continuous improvement
n
- Develop activities that enhance quality of life through hobbies, interests, and abilities
n
n

- Experience in aged care, community care,
or lifestyle programs – new graduates welcome
