What you'll be doing

n

n
- Mentor, coach and formally supervise junior Speech Pathologists.
n
- Deliver evidence-based therapy across home, school and community settings.
n
- Complete assessments and develop meaningful, individualised therapy goals.
n
- Collaborate with Occupational Therapists, Psychologists, Physiotherapists and Behaviour Support Practitioners.
n
- Help build a positive clinical culture where clinicians genuinely enjoy coming to work.

- Are a Certified Practicing Speech Pathologist.
n
- Have NDIS experience.

- Enjoy mentoring and developing other clinicians.

- Are passionate about evidence-based practice and leadership.
