The Opportunity
n
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Systems Administrator to join our manufacturing team based in Campbellfield, VIC.
n
Reporting to the Manufacturing Manager/Operations Director, this role plays a critical part in maintaining and continuously improving our Quality Management Systems, ensuring compliance with both local regulatory requirements and Saint-Gobain's global standards.
n
Working across multiple areas of the business, you will coordinate quality and compliance activities, support audit programs, monitor risk management processes, and assist in building a strong culture of continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities
n
Support the implementation and continuous improvement of Saint-Gobain's Quality Management Systems and compliance programs.
n
Manage and monitor incident reporting, investigations, corrective actions, and risk management processes.
n
Assist in the development and implementation of site-specific quality and compliance plans.
n
Coordinate internal and external audit programs, ensuring ongoing compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and other corporate standards.
n
Maintain audit schedules and support preparation for regulatory and certification audits.
n
Conduct workplace inspections, risk assessments, and hazard identification activities.
n
Monitor risk registers and ensure appropriate controls and corrective actions are implemented.
n
Assist with environmental and occupational monitoring programs, including air quality, noise, and hearing assessments.
n
Coordinate induction and training programs, toolbox talks, and compliance-related training activities.
n
Maintain records relating to employee licences, certifications, and mandatory training requirements.
n
Prepare and submit compliance and sustainability reporting, including NPI, APCO, GAIA, SMAT, and monthly management reports.
n
Work closely with operational teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives and promote best-practice quality standards.
n
Travel between sites is required in this role.

About You
n
Previous experience in a Quality Systems, Quality Assurance, Compliance, or similar role within a manufacturing environment.
n
Strong understanding of Quality Management Systems and ISO standards.
n
Knowledge of risk assessment methodologies and incident investigation processes.
n
Experience in supporting audits, inspections, investigation and corrective action processes.
n
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
n
Tertiary qualifications in Quality Management or a related discipline (ideal)
n
Qualified Internal Auditor or Lead Auditor certification (advantageous)
n
3-5 years' experience in Quality Systems Administration, Quality Assurance, or Compliance within a manufacturing workplace.
