The Grand Hotel Labrador on the Gold Coast is seeking an experienced Bar Duty Manager to lead day-to-day bar operations, ensure exceptional service, and maintain high quality and safety standards in a busy venue. This full time role requires managing staff, monitoring costs, and driving profitability while training the team in product knowledge and customer service excellence.
