About the role

n

As an Appointment Centre Consultant, you will be responsible for converting enquiries into booked consultations across our clinics.

n

You will respond to inbound enquiries, make outbound follow-up calls, re-engage warm leads, answer questions,



and help patients feel comfortable and confident about taking the next step.

n

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys sales, thrives in a performance environment, and knows how to create urgency, trust, and connection over the phone.

Key responsibilities

- Respond to inbound enquiries from prospective patients
n
- Make outbound follow-up calls to warm leads
n
- Book consultations into clinic diaries
n
- Re-engage patients who have enquired but not yet booked
n
- Answer patient questions with confidence and professionalism
n
- Deliver a high standard of service and communication

- Work toward booking and conversion targets

- Help create a strong first impression of our brand
