A long‐established Australian supplier in the industrial products sector is seeking an Internal Sales & Customer Support professional to join this high performing team. This organisation has a strong national customer base and a reputation for reliable service and quality products.

This role is office‐based in Melbourne's north and focuses on inbound enquiries, quoting, customer relationships, and product support.

n

This is a warm internal sales role where leads will come to you to convert. No need for cold outreach.

Key Responsibilities

n

- Respond to inbound phone, email and walk‐in enquiries
n
- Build and maintain relationships with repeat customers
n
- Prepare accurate quotations and follow up to close sales
n
- Provide product information and guidance
n
- Maintain CRM records and support sales reporting
n




- Coordinate delivery timelines and communicate updates
n
- Contribute to market insights and internal sales discussions
n

About You

n

n
- Background in internal sales, customer service or sales support
n
- Confident communicator with strong relationship‐building skills
n
- Comfortable learning product features and explaining them clearly
n
- Organised, proactive and able to manage multiple enquiries
n
- CRM or quoting system experience (any platform)
n
