Job Description
Eltham Clinic in Victoria is seeking a caring Registered Nurse to join our friendly team on a permanent part-time basis, working every Friday from 8:30 am to 4:00 pm. This role focuses on chronic disease management, patient education, immunisations, triage, and wound care while supporting a patient-centered care model.
