Sales Representative | Earthmoving & Construction Equipment

Due to continued growth, we are seeking a motivated Sales Representative to manage an established territory throughout Bathurst, Orange, Dubbo, Mudgee, Cowra, Parkes, Forbes, Lithgow and the wider Central West and Country NSW region.

This is an outstanding opportunity to represent a respected supplier of premium earthmoving and construction equipment, working with civil contractors, earthmoving businesses, quarries, councils, contractors and owner-operators throughout one of Australia's strongest regional markets. The Central West continues to see demand across civil construction, infrastructure, quarrying and earthmoving industries.

About the Role

n

Reporting to the Sales Manager, you'll take ownership of your territory, developing new business while managing an established customer base.

n

Your responsibilities will include:

n

Selling new earthmoving and construction equipment

n

Building strong relationships with civil contractors, builders, councils and owner-operators

n

Identifying new business opportunities across Country NSW

n

Conducting on-site customer visits and equipment demonstrations

n





Preparing quotations and negotiating sales

n

Working closely with parts and service departments to deliver outstanding customer support

n

Achieving monthly and annual sales targets

n

Maintaining accurate customer records through the CRM system

n

What We're Looking For

n

Previous sales experience within earthmoving, construction equipment, agricultural machinery, trucks, trailers or heavy equipment

n

Solid business development and relationship-building skills

n

A self-motivated and organised approach

n

Excellent communication and negotiation abilities

n

Current Australian Driver's Licence

n

Ability to travel throughout the sales territory

n
