We're seeking a Duty Manager who is confident on shift and ready to take the next step in their leadership journey within a growing hospitality group.

What You'll Be Responsible For

n

Guest Experience & Floor Support

n

Support the smooth running of shifts across all areas

n

Deliver a welcoming, safe, and high-quality guest experience

n

Assist with handling guest issues and escalations

n

Operational Support

n

Assist in daily operations across bar, bistro,



gaming, and events

n

Ensure service readiness and smooth handovers

n

Support effective workflow during peak periods

n

Provide direction and support to FOH staff on shift

n

Lead by example with professionalism and work ethic

n

Assist in training and developing team members

n

Compliance & Safety

n

Follow RSA, liquor licensing, gaming, and WHS requirements

n

Support incident management and reporting

n

Ensure safe and responsible service practices

n

Support labour efficiency and stock control

n

Contribute to maintaining high standards while managing costs

n

What We're Looking For

n

Experience & Capability

n

Experience as a Duty Manager, Supervisor, or Team Leader in hospitality

n

Confidence working in fast-paced environments

n

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

n

A proactive attitude and willingness to learn

n

Qualifications

n

Current RSA (NSW)

n

RCG (or willingness to obtain)

n

Understanding of NSW liquor and gaming regulations

n

Availability

n

Ability to work nights, weekends, and public holidays

n
