The Opportunity

n

As Food & Beverage Supervisor, you'll play a key role in the daily operations of:

n

Lobby Bar – Classic cocktails, coffees & casual dining

n

In-Room Dining – 24-hour room service

n

Conferences & Events – Spaces for up to 280 guests

n

You'll lead shifts, support the team, and ensure every guest receives a seamless and memorable experience. Working closely with the Food and Beverage Manager, you'll help maintain high service standards while fostering a positive, team-first culture.

This is a full‐time role, typically 38–45 hours per week, paid at $29.88/hour, with penalty rates for weekends,



public holidays, and overtime. You'll be paid for every hour worked, with expected earnings of $74K–$82K p.a.

What You'll Bring

n

Experience in a supervisory or team leader role (ideally in a 4- or 5-star hotel)

n

Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations

n

Confidence managing service and leading a team

n

Availability across a rotating 7-day roster (between 6am and 11pm)

n

A hands‐on approach and a passion for delivering excellent service
