We Are Seeking a Head of Procurement

Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, you will play a critical role in leading and evolving the Group's procurement strategy, driving value creation, operational efficiency, and risk management across a global, multi-site business.

How You'll Make an Impact

n

n
- Develop and execute the Group-wide procurement strategy aligned to commercial and operational objectives
n
- Identify and deliver value creation opportunities, including cost reduction, supplier optimisation, and risk mitigation
n
- Lead sourcing, tendering, and contract negotiations across key spend categories
n
- Establish and embed best-practice procurement frameworks, policies, and governance standards
n
- Drive Supplier Relationship Management (SRM)



frameworks to enhance supplier performance, accountability, and risk visibility
n
- Ensure consistent adoption of preferred suppliers and procurement processes across all regions
n
- Provide commercial insights and procurement analysis to support executive decision-making
n
- Partner with internal stakeholders across finance, operations, and clinical teams to align procurement with business needs
n
- Monitor procurement KPIs, delivering accurate reporting and continuous improvement initiatives
n

What You'll Bring to the Team

n

n
- Proven experience in a senior procurement leadership role (5+ years), ideally within a multi-site or corporate workplace
n
- Strong track record in procurement strategy, supplier sourcing, contract negotiation, and supplier relationship management
n
- Demonstrated ability to influence executive stakeholders and drive commercial outcomes
n
- Experience building and implementing procurement frameworks, governance, and compliance systems
n
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify and deliver value creation opportunities
n
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills
n
- A hands‐on, agile leadership style with a continuous improvement mindset
n
- Tertiary qualification in business, supply chain, or commerce (CIPS, APICS, CA/CPA highly regarded)
