About the Role

n

Working closely with our Licensed Conveyancer, you'll assist in managing residential property transactions from instruction through to settlement and post-settlement.

n

You'll help ensure each matter progresses smoothly while delivering exceptional client service and maintaining the highest standards of accuracy and compliance.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Assist with residential conveyancing matters from commencement through to settlement and post-settlement
n
- Prepare and review conveyancing documentation
n
- Conduct title searches and property investigations
n
- Liaise with clients, real estate agents, lenders and other stakeholders
n




- Coordinate settlements and manage critical deadlines
n
- Ensure compliance with Victorian conveyancing legislation and requirements
n
- Maintain accurate files
n
- Deliver outstanding client service throughout every stage of the conveyancing process
n

About You

n

We're looking for someone who:

n

n
- Is keen to build a long-term career in conveyancing, whether you're starting out or have a minimum of to three years' experience as a Conveyancer or Conveyancing Assistant
n
- Has excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills
n
- Communicates confidently and provides exceptional client service
n
- Can effectively manage multiple matters and competing deadlines
n
- Takes a proactive, professional and positive approach to work
n
- Has experience using PEXA, Duties Online and TriConvey (preferred but not essential)
n
- Is committed to building strong client relationships and delivering an exceptional client experience
n
