Your new company We're on the hunt for experienced production excavator operators who can confidently run the large-scale diggers and keep a busy site moving. If you're skilled, safety‐driven, and ready for a solid FIFO 2/2 roster, this role is built for you. You'll be operating large production excavators in a fast‐paced mining environment, working closely with load and haul teams to meet daily targets.

- Safe and efficient digging, loading, and bench management
n
- Working with load and haul teams to maintain consistent material movement
n
- Daily machine checks, reporting, and adherence to site safety protocols
n
- Maintaining clean, compliant work areas and equipment
n

What you'll need to succeed

- Proven experience operating large production excavators (e.g., 120t–600t class)
n
- Solid understanding of safe digging, loading, and bench control
n
- Ability to work independently and within a high-performing production team
n
- Current machinery tickets and relevant site competencies
n
- Reliable FIFO availability on a 2/2 roster
n
- A proactive, safety-first mindset
