Recruitment Consultant/ Candidate Manager

Impact Talent is accelerating its growth and expanding the team. We've just added three new superstars to the team and we are now looking for one more.

The role:

n

- Manage and grow your own recruitment desk within general insurance OR maybe you just like the candidate side of things and want to manage and source candidates
n
- Build strong relationships with clients and candidates across broking, underwriting, and claims
n
- Deliver tailored recruitment solutions that make an impact
n
- Achieve realistic, rewarding targets while enjoying the journey (with mapped our career pathways)
n

What we're looking for:

n

n
- Previous recruitment experience (agency) OR insurance industry experience in broking, claims or underwriting | we'll even look at someone super green who wants to start out in recruitment
n
- Solid relationship-building and sales ability
n
- Ambition to succeed and earn well
n
- A positive, team-first mindset
n
