About the Role

As our Automotive Business Manager, you will play a key role in driving finance and insurance performance while delivering exceptional customer experiences.



You will work closely with sales teams, customers, and finance partners to maximize opportunities and results.

Essential Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must demonstrate:

- Proven experience managing a successful Finance & Insurance (F&I;) department within the automotive industry preferable
n
- Solid customer service and communication skills
n
- A consistent track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
n
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers, sales teams, management, and finance partners
n
- Solid reporting and analytical capabilities
n
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic
