- Take responsibility for and where assigned lead a team to:

- Collaborate with the Systems Engineering team to develop logistic support systemsolutions and deliverables in support of systems associated with assignedprojects.
n
- Ensure that required support system products and activities are conducted:- In accordance with approved procedures.- Within allocated budgets.- To required quality standards.- To meet or exceed customer needs and expectations.
n
- Assist in the identification of potential issues, management of risk, anddevelopment of mitigation plans in the logistics support domain to ensuresuccessful project completion.
n
- Support the ILS Manager or assigned project engineering manager to achieve theproject outcomes.Additional Duties
n
- Participate in tender support activities.
n
- Provide leadership and guidance as required to peers and team members forassigned project, or area of competence.
