We're seeking a Physiotherapist with a passion for aged care to join our dynamic, supportive team in Broulee, NSW. Broulee is a stunning coastal town around 4 hours south of Sydney, offering a relaxed lifestyle with all the essentials close by.

As the in‐house Physiotherapist, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality, evidence‐based physiotherapy services to senior clients and staff, helping them achieve their health and wellness goals.

What you'll be doing

n

Conduct comprehensive physiotherapy assessments and develop personalised treatment plans for clients

n

Deliver a range of physiotherapy interventions, including manual therapy, exercise prescription, and rehabilitation programs

n





Collaborate with other healthcare professionals such as RN's, GP's and care staff to provide integrated and person‐centred care

n

Educate staff on injury prevention, manual handling, and healthy lifestyle choices

n

Maintain accurate and detailed client records and maintain resident care plans and assessments on a daily basis

n

Participate in ongoing professional development to stay up to date with the latest evidence and best practices in physiotherapy

n

What we're looking for

n

Degree in Physiotherapy, with current general registration with AHPRA

n

Current graduates are welcome, as well as more experienced Physiotherapists

n

Excellent clinical skills, critical thinking, and problem‐solving abilities

n

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds

n

Commitment to professional development and a passion for providing high‐quality, patient‐centred care

n

A willingness to learn about aged care if you are newly qualified
