Due to continued growth, we're looking for an experienced Site Foreman to join our team and play a key role in delivering high-quality projects while helping shape the future of our construction division.

The Opportunity

n

As Site Foreman, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day management of multiple residential construction sites, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, on time and to the highest standard.

n

You'll work closely with our Construction Manager, Project Coordinator and Operations Team to maintain exceptional quality while keeping projects moving.

n

Your Responsibilities

n

n
- Manage residential construction projects from commencement through to completion.
n
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and deliveries.
n
- Ensure works are completed in accordance with plans, specifications and Australian Standards.
n
- Maintain construction schedules and site programs.
n
- Conduct quality inspections throughout every stage of construction.
n




- Monitor workplace health and safety compliance.
n
- Communicate daily with management regarding project progress.
n
- Identify and resolve site issues before they become problems.
n
- Maintain clean, organised and professional building sites.
n
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to Primrose Group's quality expectations

About You

n

We're looking for someone who leads by example and genuinely cares about delivering quality homes.

n

You will ideally have:

n

n
- Minimum 5 years' experience supervising residential construction.
n
- Experience with duplexes, townhouses or custom residential homes.
n
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
n
- Strong organisational and time management abilities.
n
- Ability to read construction plans and specifications.
n
- Buildertrend or Similiar system experience (highly recommended)
n
- High attention to detail.
n
- Current White Card.
n
- Current Driver Licence.
n
- Strong understanding of WHS requirements.
n
