As a result, we've experienced significant demand for a dedicated Energy Sales and Projects Manager to lead this side of the business and help us keep up.

About the Role
n This is a newly-scoped leadership role for our energy division. Reporting directly to the CEO, you'll take responsibility for the solar and battery sales pipeline and the projects that follow - quoting, converting, and coordinating installations through to completion. It's an individual-contributor role to start, though depending on the calibre of person we bring in, there's scope for it to evolve - potentially including direct reports as the division grows.

What You'll Do

n

Responsibility for the solar and battery sales pipeline from first enquiry through to signed contract, meeting agreed gross profit targets

n

Prepare accurate, competitive quotes for solar and battery projects

n

Project manage jobs through to completion - scheduling, procurement, subcontractor coordination and a smooth handover to our install teams

n

Work with our existing electricians and technicians to cultivate solar and battery opportunities across our existing customer base

n

Keep customers informed throughout their project and follow up on outstanding quotes to maximise conversion

n

Represent Noosa Electric Co at community events and build our presence within the local energy industry

What We're Looking For

n

Required:

n

Sales experience with a track record of hitting targets

n

A genuine interest in the energy industry and where it's headed

n

Strong communication and organisational skills - confident managing multiple projects and customer relationships at once

n

The passion, drive and enthusiasm to succeed

n

Nice to Have:

n

Experience in solar, HVAC, electrical or renewable energy sales

n

Electrical licence or CEC accreditation

n

Background in the broader construction trades

n

Full time or part-time available - we're flexible on hours for the right person

n
