About the Role

n

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Truck Tyre Store Manager to lead our busy Truganina operation.

n

This is a hands‐on leadership role where you will manage daily operations while actively supporting your team on the workshop floor, including assisting with truck tyre fitting when required.

n

You will also work closely with our Infinity Tyres Wholesale division to ensure efficient stock flow and strong supplier coordination.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

- Manage day-to-day store and workshop operations
n




- Lead, train, and supervise a team of technicians
n
- Build and maintain strong relationships with fleet and commercial clients
n
- Drive sales and identify new business opportunities
n
- Coordinate with Infinity Tyres Wholesale on stock, pricing, and supply
n
- Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards
n
- Manage stock control, ordering, and inventory
n
- Assist with tyre fitting and repairs as needed
n

Skills & Experience

n

n
- Experience in the commercial tyre, transport, automotive, or tyre wholesale industry
n
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience
n
- Strong customer service and relationship management skills
n
- Sales-focused with a proactive attitude
n
- Hands‐on and physically capable
n
- Current driver's licence (HR/HC highly regarded)
n
