We're partnering with a specialist consultancy delivering large-scale digital transformation projects across aged care, Not for Profit, healthcare and government. They're looking for a Lead Integration Consultant / Azure Integration Architect to take ownership of enterprise integration and migration programs while helping shape and grow their integration practice.

This isn't just another Azure delivery role. You'll lead client engagements from solution design through to production, act as the technical authority across projects, and play a key role in building the consultancy's integration capability.

The Role

n

You'll be responsible for leading enterprise integration and data migration workstreams across multiple client projects using Azure Integration Services.

n

Working in a consulting environment, you'll partner directly with clients, vendors and project teams to design scalable integration solutions while remaining hands-on throughout delivery.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Lead enterprise integration projects from design through to go-live.
n




- Design and deliver integration solutions using Azure Integration Services.
n
- Own data migration workstreams, including mapping, transformation and cutover planning.
n
- Act as the technical authority for clients and project stakeholders.
n
- Work closely with vendors and implementation partners.
n
- Provide technical leadership across multiple consulting engagements.
n
- Remain hands-on with solution delivery and implementation.
n
- Help establish delivery standards and grow the organisation's integration capability.
n
- Mentor consultants and contribute to best practice.
n

About You

n

You'll be an experienced integration consultant who enjoys combining technical delivery with client engagement.

n

You'll be comfortable leading projects, influencing stakeholders and solving complex integration challenges while remaining hands-on with Azure technologies.

n

Essential Skills & Experience

n

n
- 8+ years' experience in enterprise integration.
n
- Solid hands-on experience with Azure Integration Services.
n
- Experience with:n n
- Azure Logic Apps
n
- Azure API Management (APIM)
n
- Azure Service Bus
n
- Azure Functions
n

n
- Proven experience leading enterprise integration projects end-to-end.
n
- Strong data migration experience, including mapping, transformation and cutover.
n
- Consulting or Systems Integrator background.
n
- Experience working directly with external clients.
n
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
n
- Ability to lead technical streams while remaining hands-on.
n

- Experience delivering projects within aged care, healthcare or government.
n
- Experience building integration capability or mentoring technical teams.
n
- Enterprise architecture or solution design experience.
