ABOUT THE ROLES

n

SGQ is seeking experienced and motivated Civil Construction Labourers to join our construction teams delivering projects across the Fraser Coast and Wide Bay region.

n

Working alongside Supervisors, Operators and Leading Hands, you will contribute to the safe and efficient delivery of project works while maintaining SGQ's commitment to quality and teamwork.

n

SGQ's Hervey Bay pipeline is strong, with a diverse portfolio of road and bridge works, civil infrastructure, local government and public utility projects both underway and planned across the region. This provides long-term opportunities for skilled personnel seeking stable employment, career development and exposure to a variety of project types.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

n

We are seeking applicants who:

n

Have demonstrated experience in civil construction or a related industry, including one or more of the following:

n

- Pipe laying and drainage
n




- Use of field survey equipment (e.g. GNSS Rover)
n
- General civil construction labouring
n
- Road construction and earthworks
n
- Concrete works
n

AND can demonstrate:

n
- Possession of General Construction Induction Card and current Driver Licence (mandatory)
n
- A strong commitment to safety and quality
n
- The ability to work effectively within a project team
n
- A reliable work ethic and positive attitude
n
- A willingness to learn and develop new skills
n
