CV Media & Signage delivers high-quality signage solutions for commercial, government and major infrastructure projects across Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne. We're looking for a hands-on Project Manager to oversee the successful delivery of projects from concept through to installation, working closely with clients, suppliers, production teams and installers to bring projects to life.

This is a great opportunity to join a collaborative team and work on a diverse range of signage projects where no two days are the same.

What you'll be doing

n

n
- Managing signage projects from sales handover through to completion
n
- Reviewing project scopes, drawings, specifications and client requirements
n
- Developing project schedules and ensuring key milestones are achieved
n
- Coordinating design, artwork, manufacturing and installation activities
n
- Liaising with clients, subcontractors, suppliers and internal stakeholders
n
- Managing project budgets, variations and commercial outcomes
n
- Attending client meetings and site visits as required
n
- Identifying and mitigating project risks
n
- Maintaining project documentation and reporting
n




- Ensuring projects are delivered safely on time and to a high standard
n

About you

n

n
- Previous experience in project management within signage, shopfitting, construction, manufacturing or a related industry
n
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
n
- Commercially minded with experience managing budgets and project timelines
n
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
n
- Able to read and interpret drawings and project documentation
n
- Solutions-focused with strong attention to detail
n
- Current Australian Driver's Licence
n
- Construction White Card (or willingness to obtain)
n
