Join icon fashion house Aje as an Inventory lead at our Bondi store.

About this opportunity:

n

Being experienced and passionate about inventory management you will be responsible for:

n

Inventory Management:

n

n
- Scan and process all new stock deliveries and replenishments, ensuring stock is accurately received and stored in the correct locations.
n
- Complete weekly cycle counts to investigate and resolve any inventory discrepancies.
n
- Actioning and managing all Floor to Door transactions, Click and Collects and Ship from store transactions in a timely manner
n
- Complete weekly console requirements as directed.
n
- Fulfil stock movement requests from the sales team quickly and efficiently to support customer sales opportunities and store operations.
n
- Ensure all stock is located in its designated location and inventory accuracy is maintained at all times.
n
- Maintain onsite and offsite storage areas to a high standard, ensuring all stock is clearly labelled, organised and stored in the correct containers.
n
- Take full ownership of the back-of-house operation, ensuring all areas remain clean, organised and presentation-ready throughout the day.
n




- Promptly identify and escalation any stock-related issues, including missing units in deliveries, online order discrepancies or incorrect stock in transfers, through the appropriate Head Office channels.
n
- Stay across key business dates, including current collection launches and upcoming sales, ensuring the stockroom is appropriately stocked, organised and prepared to support the retail team.
n
- Work closely with the Store Management team on new collection drops and support the Visual Merchandising team as required.
n
- Support seamless product flow between deliveries, the stockroom, offsite storage and the sales floor.
n
- Assist the sales team with put-backs, replenishment, steaming and retrieving stock for guests when required.
n
- Be proactive in identifying ways to improve stockroom efficiency and support the overall operation of the boutique.

Customer Service

- Providing impeccable customer service to all customers
n
- Creating a personalised shopping experience for the Aje customer, by effectively educating the customer on the sustainable fabrics, features, fit, and functionality of the product.
n
- Acting as a brand ambassador driven by your love for the brand
n




- Processing sales accurately through cash handling and the POS (point of sale)system
n

- Support and coordinate the opening and closing of the store

- Supporting the management team and being a senior lead to your direct reports

- Uses initiative and decision-making skills, whilst ensuring all decisions are aligned to Aje and the boutique
n
- Ability to lift up to 16kg
