We are seeking reliable and hardworking Tree Labourers to join our clients crews across Melbourne. This is a hands‐on outdoor role offering ongoing work for candidates who enjoy physical work, working as part of a team, and contributing to tree planting and maintenance projects.

This role is based in our Clients depot located in Hallam!

About the Role

n

Working alongside experienced crews, your duties may include:

n

n
- Tree planting and establishment works
n
- Mulching and garden bed preparation
n
- Tree staking and support installation
n
- Watering newly planted trees
n
- Operating wood chippers
n
- General labouring and ground crew duties
n
- Loading and unloading materials and equipment
n
- Site clean‐up and housekeeping
n
- Driving MR vehicles between work locations
n
- Working safely around pedestrians, traffic, and public areas
n

What We're Looking For

n

n
- Current MR Licence (essential)
n
- Excavator ticket (1x Role specific $42.60/hr)
n
- Physically fit and capable of manual outdoor work
n
- Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused
n
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
n
- Ability to work effectively within a team
n
- Experience in tree work, landscaping, construction, civil, or outdoor labouring highly regarded
n
- White Card desirable
n
- Chipper experience advantageous
n
