Job Description

We're looking for a Payroll Specialist to join our People Excellence team. In this role, you'll help ensure our people are paid accurately and on time while delivering a high-quality service experience across the business.

Reporting to the Payroll Manager, you'll be responsible for end-to-end payroll administration, maintaining payroll data integrity, supporting compliance requirements, and responding to employee and stakeholder queries. You'll also contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and support key annual payroll processes.

Key responsibilities include:

- Processing payroll accurately and on time in partnership with our outsourced payroll provider
n




- Managing employee lifecycle transactions including new starters, changes and terminations
n
- Maintaining payroll records, master data and payroll documentation
n
- Reconciling payroll data across systems and supporting payroll-related payments
n
- Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, awards, policies and audit requirements
n
- Providing payroll support and reporting to People & Culture, Finance and other stakeholders
n
- Managing payroll queries and delivering a high level of customer service
n
- Contributing to payroll projects, process improvements and self-service initiatives
n
- Supporting month-end activities, annual payroll processes and ad hoc reporting requirements
