About the Role

n

As Site Foreman, you'll step into a commercial service station project that is already under way and take full day-to-day ownership through to handover. Working alongside our Senior Project Manager and Commercial Team, you'll drive the project to be delivered safely, on programme, on budget and to a standard we're proud to put our name on — for a current client we want to keep.

This is a role for someone who can walk onto a live site, quickly take command of the programme and the trades, and lead from the front: setting the pace, holding subcontractors to account, and solving problems before they land on someone else's desk. It's also a genuine platform to grow with us into larger projects.

Responsibilities

- Take ownership of daily site operations through to completion
n
- Coordinate and drive subcontractors and suppliers to hit programme
n
- Deliver works in accordance with the construction programme
n
- Run daily pre-starts and toolbox talks
n
- Uphold site safety and quality standards, no exceptions
n
- Review and implement SWMS
n
- Coordinate inspections and hold points
n
- Liaise with the Project Manager and Contracts Administrator
n
- Maintain site diaries and project records
n
- Ensure compliance with WHS and environmental requirements
n

What We're Looking For

n

n
- Minimum 5 years' experience as a Site Foreman or Site Supervisor
n
- Service station or fuel infrastructure experience highly regarded
n
- Proven leadership — you set the standard on site, not just follow one
n
- Ability to read and work from construction drawings
n
- Excellent organisational and planning skills
n
- Strong communication skills across trades, consultants and management
n
- White Card
n
- Current Driver Licence
n
- Procore experience highly regarded
n
