We require technicians to carry out quality service repairs for our customers at their residences to fault find,service, repair and replace a wide variety of home appliances or white goods.

Appliances include, but are not limited to, ovens, cooktops, range hoods, dishwashers, air conditioners, water heaters, washing machines, and dryers.

Your responsibilities include:

- Carrying out quality field service repairs at the customer's premises
n




- Takingsufficient photos and videos before and after service.
n
- Proficiency in using the company's system for service order management.
n
- Maintain clear communication with the company and provide timely updates on work progress and outcomes.
n
- Ensure all appliance, repair information and parts usage is documented
n
- Provide exceptional customer service
n
- Management and resolution of customer concerns
n

The successful candidate must have:

- Previous appliance or white goods repair experience
n
- Great technical knowledge
n
- Valuable written and verbal skills
n
- Excellent attention to detail
n
- Strong team and work ethic
n
- Current and valid full Australian driver's licence

- Ability to push and pull varying weights
