Job Description

Seek.com.au invites an enthusiastic Assistant Venue Manager to join our busy Yarra Valley pub. Working with the Venue Manager, you'll lead front-of-house operations, mentor staff and ensure guests receive outstanding service in a quick-paced environment.

This full-time role requires evenings, weekends and public holidays. You'll oversee opening/closing, rosters, training, stock and stock control, cash handling and events support, while upholding RSA, food safety and WHS standards.
