Novotel Sydney Parramatta is looking for an enthusiastic and passionate Food & Beverage Manager to join our leadership team on a full-time basis.

Located just minutes from Parramatta CBD, our hotel caters to a diverse mix of business and leisure travellers. As the Food & Beverage Manager, you will play a key role in leading our restaurant, bar, room service and conferencing operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences while driving team engagement, service excellence and commercial performance.

Reporting to the General Manager, this role is responsible for:

n

- Leading the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, bar, room service and conferencing outlets.
n
- Driving exceptional guest service while maintaining brand standards.
n
- Leading, coaching and developing the Food & Beverage team to achieve operational excellence.
n
- Managing departmental rosters, labour costs, beverage costs and operating expenses.
n
- Working closely with the kitchen team to deliver a seamless food and beverage experience.
n
- Managing stock ordering, inventory and monthly stocktakes.
n
- Monitoring departmental performance and implementing initiatives to drive revenue and profitability.
n




- Ensuring compliance with food safety, RSA, WHS and hotel policies and procedures.
n

What We're Looking For:

n
- Previous leadership experience within a hotel or hospitality Food & Beverage environment.
n
- A genuine passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
n
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach and develop teams.
n
- Experience managing rosters, payroll, budgets and departmental costs.
n
- Excellent communication, organisational and problem-solving skills.
n
- A current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate.
n
- The ability to work a rotating roster, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
n
