Are you an organised, friendly, and professional receptionist who enjoys helping people? Medisport Clinic is looking for a warm and reliable Medical Receptionist to join our team. We're open to applicants seeking full-timeemployment.

As the first point of contact for our patients, you'll play an significant role in creating a positive experience while supporting our practitioners and keeping the clinic running smoothly.

About the Role

Your responsibilities will include:

- Greeting patients and providing exceptional customer service.
n
- Answering phone calls, responding to enquiries, and scheduling appointments.
n
- Managing patient records and processing payments using medical practice software Cliniko.
n
- Liaising with doctors, allied health professionals, and other healthcare providers.
n
- General administrative and reception duties to support the day-to-day operation of the clinic.

About You

We're looking for someone who:

- Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
n
- Is organised, reliable, and able to multitask in a busy environment.
n




- Enjoys working as part of a supportive team.
n
- Has strong computer and administrative skills.
n
- Has previous reception or customer service experience (medical reception experience is highly regarded but not essential).
n
- Demonstrates empathy, professionalism, and a positive attitude.
n
- Can handle fast-paced administrative duties with precision
n
- Preferred previous experience with Cliniko or medical practice software.
n
