Job Description

An award winning, busy venue in a premium Nedlands location. Little Way is open 6days a week, serving breakfast & lunch (Tuesday to Sunday) and dinner (Thursday to Saturday). The kitchen transforms seamlessly throughout the day from a café, to restaurant to high-end wine bardelivered in a beautiful, contemporary and welcoming setting. We have various function spaces, both indoor and outdoors. Functions are our thing and we hold multiple functions every weekend.

These positions will be offered ona full-time basis (43 hours per week).

The successful applicant should possess the following attributes:

n

n
- At least 5 year experience working as a Senior Chef in a fast paced environment.
n
- Experience working on larder, pans & grill, and ability to efficiently manage the pass.
n
- Background in ordering and supplier management.




n
- Ability to oversee and manage a team of chefs.
n
- Function experience will be highly regarded.
n
- Some nights and weekend availability is required.
n
- Calm under pressure and super reliable.
n
