TRG Transport Solutions is growing, and we’re looking for a confident, organised and customer‑driven professional to join our team in Wingfield.

About the Role

You’ll be the first point of contact for our customers — managing bookings, processing orders, and coordinating with our operations team to ensure smooth, on‑time deliveries in a fast‑paced environment.

What you’ll do

- Handle inbound enquiries (phone & email)

- Process and update customer orders in our transport systems

- Build robust relationships with your customer portfolio

- Work closely with operations to meet deadlines and resolve issues

- Maintain accuracy in data entry and documentation

About You





- 12+ months customer service experience (transport/logistics highly regarded)

- Strong communication and relationship‑building skills

- High attention to detail and accuracy

- Able to manage competing priorities in a fast‑moving environment

- Confident with MS Office and general computer systems
