Trainers and Assistants for CHC Courses

n

CHC30125 Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care

n

CHC50125 Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Car

n

CHC52025 Diploma of Community Services

n

CHC33021 Certificate III in Individual Support

n

Trainer and Assessor Role Responsibilities

n

Effective and effective delivery of Vocational courses across different timetable/shifts

n

Efficient and effective assessing and marking of assessment

n

Monitoring student progress and formal reporting student results

n

Optimising student engagement is continuous at all times

n

Implement strategies to motivate student learning

n





maintain professional development and industry currency

n

participation in course validations

n

Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation

n

Adhere to the teaching-related administrative task.

n

Any other related tasks as required by the Principal

n

Selection criteria

n

TAE40116 or above

n

VET Currency and Current Industry skills

n

Continuing and verifiable professional development

n

Sound knowledge of training packages and relevant regulations

n

excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills

n

Have a passion for educationand make a difference

n

A positive attitude and qualified work ethics

n

Ability to work as a part of the team and the ability to work independently and proactively
