A leader in their division, with continued growth, an opportunity for a driven and experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist has arisen within the People and Culture team.

About the Role

In this newly created role you will take ownership of the full recruitment lifecycle. Working closely with the HRBP and hiring managers to understand their teams, anticipate hiring needs.

n

This position is ideal for a recruitment professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, building relationships and delivering exceptional candidate experiences.

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Manage end-to-end recruitment across a broad range of roles
n
- Support recruitment and workforce mobilisation processes, including candidate tracking and onboarding documentation.
n
- Develop position descriptions with hiring managers
n
- Develop recruitment plans that attract quality candidates through direct sourcing, advertising,



talent pipelines, referrals and networking.
n
- Complete recruitment administration, including records, trackers, references, pre-employment checks and offer coordination
n
- Partner with the People & Culture team to deliver a seamless onboarding experience for current employees.
n
- Improve recruitment processes, reporting, systems and candidate experience as the business continues to evolve.

Key Requirements

n

n
- Minimum 4 years' experience in a talent acquisition role
n
- Strong experience managing end-to-end recruitment across multiple disciplines and levels.
n
- Experience recruiting white collar, technical roles
n
- Strong communication skills
n
- Experience using Employment Hero is an advantage
n
