Laser Wizard Pty Ltd, a leading manufacturing company in St Marys NSW, is seeking a skilled Brake Press Operator to join our team on a full-time day shift. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining our brake press equipment and playing a vital part in our manufacturing processes.

What you'll be doing
n
Operating and monitoring the brake press with precision and efficiency
n
Ensuring all work meets quality standards and production targets
n
Performing regular maintenance and troubleshooting on the brake press equipment
n
Identifying and resolving any issues or malfunctions in a timely manner
n
Collaborating with the wider manufacturing team to ensure smooth workflow
n
Adhering to all health, safety and environmental regulations
n
Able to interpret engineering drawings.
n
Ability to interpret technical drawings accurately and efficiently.
n
What we're looking for
n
Proven experience as a Brake Press Operator or similar role in a manufacturing environment
n
Minimum of 3-5 years of brake press operator experience required.
n
Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to operate complex machinery
n
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality
n
Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a rapid-paced production environment
n
Problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically
n
Good communication and teamwork skills
n
Willingness to work on a day shift schedule
n
Must hold Australian citizenship or permanent residency to be eligible for this position.
