Your Role as Care Worker

n
- Assist clients with personal care, hygiene, showering, mobility, and meals
n
- Support clients with domestic tasks, including house cleaning, laundry, ironing, and meal prep
n
- Provide social and community support and assist with transport to appointments or shopping
n
- Follow clients' care plans and report changes in wellbeing to the Coordinator/Case Manager
n
- Contribute ideas to improve services and teamwork
n

What We're Looking For

- Positive, versatile attitude with strong communication and teamwork skills
n
- Respect and empathy for clients, families, and colleagues
n
- Ability to work across flexible hours and shifts early morning and late afternoon and evening availability required
n

Essential Requirements

n

n
- Certificate III in Individual Support (or equivalent)
n
- Current Australian Driver's Licence and comprehensively insured vehicle
n
- Proof of COVID-19 vaccination as required
n




- Relevant probity checks as per legislation and WMQ policy
n
