Job Description
n
We are seeking Speech Pathologists to join our team and deliver high-quality therapeutic services to participants across schools, homes and community settings.
n
You will build and manage an allocated caseload whilst maintaining clinical excellence and NDIS compliance.
n
Responsibilities Include:
n
n
- Build and manage an allocated caseload, delivering therapeutic services in line with timelines and clinical protocols
n
- Conduct clinical observations and standardised assessments, analyse findings, and develop evidence-based treatment goals tailored to each participant's needs
n
- Implement therapeutic interventions grounded in current best practice, monitoring and measuring progress against established goals
n
- Maintain detailed and accurate clinical documentation, progress notes, and participant records in compliance with regulatory standards
n
- Ensure all service delivery aligns with NDIS requirements and organisational policies
n
- Adjust interventions as needed to optimise participant outcomes
n
- Educate and empower families and caregivers by providing strategies and guidance to support therapeutic goals in everyday settings
n
- Advocate for participants' needs and rights throughout the therapeutic journey
n
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary colleagues to ensure coordinated, comprehensive care
n

Qualifications
n
To be considered suitable you will have:
n
n
- Current certified practising membership with Speech Pathology Australia
n
- Experience as a Speech Pathologistbeyondgraduation
n
- Excellent time management and organisational skills to manage a varied caseload
n
- Proactive attitude, motivated by improvement and the opportunity to test and learn from new ideas
n
- Looking for a fun, cooperative and supportive work environment
n
- Genuine passion for working in the disability sector
