Wyn&Co; are currently seeking experienced Civil Plant Operators to support a range of subdivision and civil construction projects across Brisbane's northern corridor. We are building a strong pipeline of operators across multiple sites, with opportunities for both ongoing work and long-term placements.

What You'll Be Doing
n
n
- Operating plant on subdivision and civil construction sites
n
- Working around crews on active projects
n
- Bulk earthworks, trenching and general site operations
n
- Maintaining safe and efficient operation of machinery
n
- Supporting crews and supervisors across daily site activities
n
- Chance to operate multiple machines depending on experience
n
n
What We're Looking For
n
n
- Proven experience operating plant on civil construction sites
n
- Multi-skilled operators with two or more relevant plant tickets
n
- Strong awareness of site safety and ability to work within established crews
n
- Reliable, consistent work ethic with a solid attendance record
n
- Driver's license and reliable transport
n
n
Tickets may include:

- Excavator
n
- Roller
n
- Loader
n
- Moxy
n
- Watercart
n
- Grader
n
- Posi Track / Skid Steer
n
n
Highly regarded:
n
n
- HR License or above
n
- Standpipe ticket
n
- Electrical Spotter ticket
n
- GPS / final trim experience
n
- Subdivision experience
n
n
