Role Description

n

This is a full-time, REMOTE role for a Customer Success Manager located in Australia.

n

You'll be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and retention by building and maintaining robust client relationships. Day-to-day tasks include addressing customer inquiries, providing product training, analyzing customer data to improve experience,



and collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues.

n

The role requires proactive communication with clients to understand their needs and help maximise the business outcomes they achieve.

Qualifications

n

n
- 2+ years in the mining, construction, subcontractor, infrastructure maintenance or facility services industry OR 2+ years in B2B SaaS
n
- Customer outcome focused
n
- Ability to build long-term successful partnerships focused on driving business value for clients.
n
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
n
- Problem-solving skills
n
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
n
- Experience in using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software, video calls
n

Whilst day-to-day work will be remote, the role will require regular travel to visit customers onsite and will be paid for by MapTrack.
