Job Description

MTC FutureReady in Recent South Wales seeks a Senior Instructional Designer to lead the design and development of high-quality course content for VET, SEE, SEA, CTA and EST programs.

Reporting to the Instructional Design Manager, you will apply ADDIE and adult learning principles, manage a small team of designers, ensure content aligns with ACSF and DLSF, and guarantee compliance with ASQA, LWA and funding requirements while driving continuous improvement.
