Job Description

As a Voice Picker, youll play an important role in keeping warehouse operations running smoothly. Using a voice headset and scanning technology, you ll accurately pick and prepare customer orders in a fast-paced environment.

- Following voice-picking instructions to locate and pick the correct products.
n
- Scanning items using barcode scanners to ensure order accuracy.
n
- Packing orders carefully and securely in line with client requirements.
n
- Meeting daily productivity targets and KPIs while maintaining quality.
n
- Performing quality checks to ensure products are in excellent condition.
n
- Sorting and organising stock to keep warehouse operations efficient.
n
- Processing returned items using client-specific warehouse systems.
n
- Restocking shelves and replenishing inventory as needed.
n
- Safely lifting up to 25kg and completing manual handling tasks.
n
- Following all workplace health and safety procedures to help maintain a safe working environment.
n

To be successful, you ll have:

- At least 3 months experience in a Voice Picking role.
n
- Confidence using voice-picking headsets and barcode scanning equipment.
n
- A solid understanding of workplace health and safety practices.
n
- A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and contribute.
n
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
n
- The ability to work both independently and as part of a supportive team.
n
- Good physical fitness and the ability to perform manual handling tasks throughout your shift.
n
- A reliable work ethic and a commitment to arriving on time, every time.
