Tetris Labour Hire is a growing blue-collar recruitment agency specialising in Warehousing, Logistics and Manufacturing. As we continue to expand, we are looking for an experienced Recruitment Resourcer to join our VIC team.

About the Role

n

As a Recruitment Resourcer, you will play an important role in supporting our recruitment team by sourcing quality candidates and building strong talent pipelines.

n

Your responsibilities will include:

n

- Sourcing, screening and interviewing candidates
n




- Managing candidate relationships and talent pools
n
- Coordinating interviews, reference checks and onboarding
n
- Maintaining accurate candidate records within our CRM/ATS
n
- Supporting consultants to successfully fill client requirements
n
- Ensuring compliance standards are maintained throughout the recruitment process
n

n

You'll primarily work from our Dandenong South office, with regular scheduled time spent at our Laverton North office for team bonding/training.

About You

We are looking for someone who:

- Has previous agency recruitment or resourcing experience
n
- Enjoys working in a rapid-paced, high-volume environment
n
- Has strong communication and relationship-building skills
n
- Is organised, proactive and motivated to succeed
n
- Wants to continue developing their recruitment career
n
- Has a current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
n
- Has an eye for detail and takes pride in their work
