You will own end-to-end challenges, from diagnosis to delivery, and collaborate with Product, Technology, Operations and Risk teams.

The role emphasizes governance, testing and continuous improvement, with a focus on practical credit improvements and customer outcomes. Robust analytical and SQL/Python skills are essential.
