Summary:

The Barista is responsible for preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold beverages, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment. This role requires knowledge of coffee flavors, brewing methods, and drink recipes.

Responsibilities:

- Prepare and serve beverages, snacks, and pastries
- Offer advice to customers on drink choices
- Operate coffee machines and other equipment
- Clean and maintain equipment and work area
- Monitor stock levels and order supplies
- Create a welcoming atmosphere for customers

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in a similar role
- Knowledge of coffee brewing methods and recipes
- Valuable time management skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Attention to detail

Availability:

- At least 3 shifts per week
