Ability Action Australia invites graduates to join its 2027 Graduate Program in Occupational Therapy. You'll be supported through weekly supervision, mentoring and a graduate buddy as you deliver therapy in community, clinic and home settings.

You'll complete assessments and reports, collaborate with families and other clinicians, and build clinical confidence without burnout. Eligible for AHPRA registration, you bring curiosity, compassion and a readiness to learn.
