Job Description

BlueCare on the Gold Coast is seeking a Wellness Partner / Leisure & Lifestyle Coordinator for Labrador Aged Care Facility. The part‐time role (2 days weekly, Mon and Fri, 8am–5pm) offers $39.21 p/hr plus super, with not‐for‐profit salary packaging and applicable penalties.

You will deliver inclusive wellness programs, support residents' independence, collaborate with care teams, and guide volunteers while documenting assessments and ensuring protected, engaging environments.
