Your typical day-to-day responsibilities will include:

- Undertaking general day to day administration, and creating processes and procedures to ensure the efficient running of the office.
n
- Managing inspections and tasks.
n
- Supporting property management staff in the day to day management duties.
n
- Overseeing the facilitation of maintenance on homes.
n
- Inspecting homesto ensure they are presented immaculately and ready for guest arrivals.
n
- Managing the guest experience and responding to guest messaging.
n
- Monitoring stock and inventory levels and completing orders.
n
- Optimizing processes and follow ups.
n
- Building relationships with home owners and guests.
n

Requirements

- Has excellent communication and customer service skills, being comfortable managing and working with team members at all levels.
n
- Is detail-oriented and organized, capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
n
- Is proactive and can work independently, but is also a team player who is eager to collaborate with others.
n
- Can solve problems creatively and is flexible to adapt to changing circumstances or unexpected challenges.
n
- Has high level administration and organisational skills.
n
- Must have car and drivers license
n
- Some weekendwork is required as well as after hours assistance (shared on a roster)
n
- Ideal Hours - Subject to negotiation
n
- 3-4 days per week (one of these days will be a weekend day) + remote after hours messaging on a roster from home 1-2 nights per week 6pm - 9pm
n
